PRG开卡一年，消费6k多，因年费即将post，故打电话要retention，给了2500MR＋92天内消费1000再给5000MR，我也不知道这个好不好，第一次要retention，就直接接受了。。开始用的online chat，结果online chat说要我打retention department电话才知道有没有retention，差点直接关卡了。
