DP: BCP持卡三年，一直把它作为超市主力卡。今天打电话问，只有三个月消费2000返还50的retention offer。想想年费是95，立马选择了关卡。

SPG 两年。。16年retention offer 1000 给 7k分， 17年整年刷了12w。。。。理直气壮的打去问有没有offer，结果转了半天转到一个部门，先告诉我他们很想挽留我，然后说了一堆这个卡的好处。。。我都一一回绝了，结果他说那就关吧。。猝不及防。一分retention offer都没有- -，amex这是杀熟么。。
