Hilton Aspire retention: 第一拨打卡背面电话，客服根本不知所云，堪比amex spg的客服，挂断。。。第二波打retention department，找了account specialist，业务熟练，谙熟套路。。。虽然offer不咋地 花$2000给10k冥币，聊胜于无，本来也不打算关卡的。。。

Amex Gold: 开卡一年，消费将近12K。直接打retention部门，一个很友好的大妈。开始很委婉地问能不能免年费。大妈首先感谢了我的消费然后答曰不能，阐述了金卡的各种benefit。我又复读了一次能不能免年费，大妈说我给你个incentive吧，3个月$1500给10K MR，于是欣然接受。建议打客服要礼貌，没有offer也要友好挂断，不容易招FR。

AMEX SPG 2017.2 Open, 2018.4 got a retention offer, 2019.3 called again. ~10k between 2018.4-2019.3 卡背后电话 转接 retention 客服可以看到2018.4 给的offer, 说系统现在没有新的offer

Amex spg,开卡两年。客服说去年要过了retention所以今年没有任何offer了。他还明确的说一般不会连续两年都给retention

BCP，04/10/2019 收了年费，打电话拿到 $50 with spending $2,000 in three months. 从了。02/27/2017 开卡，03/15/2018 降级bce，10/29/2018 拿到升级offer $250 with spending $2,000 in three months，升级bcp。没怎么在这张卡上花钱。理由是都用了gold...
